Description: Correspondence regarding the Industrial School question, the bill against the unjust dismissal of teachers in elementary schools, a newspaper cutting with a letter from the bishop concerning local technical education grants, funding for an increased number of scholars in the De La Salle Training College in Waterford, the Cork Junction Railway Bill and the Factory Workshops’ Bill.

Also contains a ‘Statement on behalf of the children of the late Thomas McCarthy of Tallow’ and a resolution adopted by the Standing Committee of the Catholic archbishops and bishops of Ireland on the subject of university education in Ireland.
