Description: Correspondence relates to a misapprehension in Monaghan, the Parliamentary Fund, O’Donnell being unable to vote on coal tax in London, copy of a resolution adopted at the last meeting of the National Directory of the United Irish League, O’Donnell being unable to attend the House of Commons, a meeting of the North and South Westmeath Divisional Executives, O’Donnell insisting Dillon’s name should be added to the tenants’ delegation which will meet the landlord representatives at the Land Conference and O’Donnell encouraging Redmond to give Michael Reddy the parliamentary allowance.
