Form was created by James Crean, as Acting Inspector General, and forwarded to John O'Meara. Hammond notes that he was detained firstly in Kingsbridge and then Arbour Hill, from 26th April to 4th May in poor conditions, and that money was missing from his personal items when released.
Hammond gives his address as "22 Malachy Rd / Arbour Hill".
