Draft letter from Maurice Moore to L. G. Esmonde expressing dissatisfaction that Henry Jameson-Davis has apparently not been informed of his appointment as Battalion Commander of the Irish Volunteers,
 September 21.
|Main Creator:||Moore, Maurice George, 1854-1939|
Moore writes that the matter needs to be settled quickly as they may lose Jameson-Davis. He states that he is willing to appoint Jameson-Davis as Brigadier without waiting for the regiment to be ready in order to secure his acceptance of the appointment. Moore suggests Esmonde contact Jameson-Davis directly at "106 Shaftesbury Avenue".
