Black and white postcard [originally sold as part of a series entitled "An Cogadh Mór"] featuring the image of a cherry tree blossoming despite teh trunk falling down; with text in Irish and French. The postcards were published in France - "Déanta sa bhFrainnc" on verso. "Territoires libérés: le printemps fleurit quand meme" translates roughly as "Liberated territories: spring flowers anyway"; and "an crann do leonadh tagann bláth air - (an Fhrainnc, dúithchi do gabhadh tar an)" translates roughly as "the tree flowers in districts of France once captured".
