Description: In this letter Kenny begins by discussing the loyalty of Craft Guilds to the English government in 16th Century Dublin and states that they, and the lower classes, were nearly all Gaelic. Kenny also asks Alice Green to speak to Dr. William Joseph Myles Starkie about a transfer for Kenny to the Education or Records Office and how the usual procedure for a transfer is carried out.
