Summary:Correspondence regarding Gwynn on his candidature for a seat in parliament, the Congo question with Casement, the conduct of Thomas Esmonde and C.J. Dolan, a plan at the Irish Convention for improving education, advice for Redmond’s talk with Horace Plunkett on the procedure of the Irish Convention. Also contains a letter from Douglas T. Hammond to Gwynn about the staffing of battalions of the proposed Reserve Irish Brigade and a letter from Edward McLysaght to Gwynn enclosing a letter of his to Lloyd George.
