Description: The first letter is addressed from the House of Commons and titled [by Casement] "Capture of the Volunteers". The letter states that John Redmond would be happy to meet Casement and "Mr [Tom] Kettle" which Casement corrects to "Professor [Eoin] MacNeill". The second letter quotes Redmond has saying he would not mind an Irish republic if it could be obtained.
