Summary:O'Reilly apologises for the delay in sending her research on Limburg and Andrey Sheptytsky, primate of the Rutenian Catholic Church who is also imprisoned by the Russians. She describes the filth of the Russian Jewish ghettos where she contracted typhus and prophesises that "within ten years, England and Germany, as allies, may be forced to fight against Pan-Slavic domination".
