Description: Moore relates that he has been in touch with the military authorities, and that the police have been told "there is no objection to charitable collections provided they are not associated with disloyal demonstrations." Moore states that he is "writing to Capt. E. McGrath, National Volunteers, Knockmore, Templemore, Co. Tipperary, telling him to proceed with his meeting and collection."
