Description: Judge Keogh writes of news and events in Co. Waterford, notably his being granted the freedom of the City of Waterford (1918), and the formation of the Waterford Literary and Scientific Society, at which Edmund Downey gave the inaugural address (1926).

Also included is a typescript notice and newscutting, sent to the offices of 'The Waterford News' concerning Keogh's death, and letters to Downey from Judge Keogh son's Martin Keogh Jnr. of New York, concerning his plans to write a biography of his father.
