Lithographic card, featuring an image of Sir Charles Cameron within an oval surrounded by embossed wreath and floral decoration on cover. Text printed on [p. 3] of programme includes menu (in French and English); on verso is the toast list - "Ireland A Nation" - Mr. Charles Dawson; "Our Guest: Sir Chas. [Charles] Cameron" - Mr. Ignatius J. Rice; "The Ladies" - Mr. Philip Quirke and "The D.M.O.A.[Dublin Municipal Officers' Association]" - Mr. Eamonn Ceannt. Mr. M. Mortell". Underneath this printed in Cló Gaelach script is "A Dia Saor Éire ["God Save Ireland"]". Éamonn Ceannt helped found the Dublin Municipal Officers’ Association for clerks working in Dublin Corporation, becoming chairman.
