Summary:These agreements concern fire insurance for properties owned by Charles H. Bulwer Caldwell, whose name appears on all the policies, along with the names of other people or businesses; the names include 'Messrs Clery & Co. Ltd. of Lwr. Sackville Street, Dublin'. Several business premises in North Earl St. and Marlbobough St. are referred to, as well as buildings in other parts of Dublin and some properties outside the city. Mr. Caldwell's address is given as either Antylstown (House), Navan Co. Meath or The Cedars, Windlesham, Surrey.


The letter is addressed to 'Messrs Pennington & Son, 64 Lincoln Inn Fields, London W.C.' and is dated 21st August 1913; it is signed by W.P. Campbell, manager. It refers to an enclosure giving 'rough particulars of policies' concerning Mr Caldwell.
