Notes:Eamonn Duggan's copy of O'Growney's textbook, which used by him during his detention in Lewes Prison in the months following the Easter Rising. Annotations at the head of the preface page read 'Eamonn S. Duggan (Q120) Lewes Prison, Aibhreain 1917'. The volume contains manuscript annotations throughout.

Volume is without a cover or title page.

Duggan was a member of the Irish Volunteers and fought at the North Dublin Union and later Fr. Mathew Hall during the Easter Rising. Following the Rising he was initally held in Mountjoy Prison before being transferred to Portland Prison and later Lewes Prison.
