Description: Duggan's letter may have been written following his release from prison in the summer of 1917, when he holidayed in Co. Meath. He writes of the formation a new Sinn Fein Club in Trim and their first meeting being monitored by the local R.I.C. He also refers to his intention to write to Major Charles Heathcote regarding a financial claim he made against the British Army.
