Description: Duggan's undated letter, written on headed paper of Stoker's Hotel, Longford, refers to his having addressed a large republican demonstration in Longford town, the success of his speech, the size of the crowds and Laurance Ginnell, Maurice Moore and Count Plunkett also attending at the same event. It may have been written during the campaign leading up to the General Election of 1918.
