Description: Duggan's letter, written on headed paper of Feeley's Hotel, Trim, concerns his campaigning during the General Election of 1918, notably his fundraising, the difficulities in travelling around the locality because of the snow ('it will be difficult to do nearly 30 miles with a horse. However it must be done') and his having nothing to do in his free time.
