Dunleavy, Assistant County Medical Officer of Heath, concerning his hopes of establishing an Occupational Therapy Scheme in St. Brigid’s Sanatorium, Portaoise [29 Nov 1946], an attached copy letter from Gahan to Dunleavy, regarding her proposals for a scheme providing occupational therapy in Ireland and the provision of arts and crafts instructors as occupational therapists. Gahan’s copy letter is annotated with ‘No Answer’. Also attached is a document titled ‘Handicrafts Suitable For A Scheme Of Occupational Therapy’.
