Summary:Writes "Neither [Cornelius] O'Lyhane, [Wiliam J. ] Gallagher, nor [William D.] Horgan are deserters, the two latter are (for the present) absolutely dependent on the suffrages of their respective families and if they identify themselves, while so dependent, with the [socialist] movement, "quick march" is their order and I may add, out of Cork.". Tobin also writes "Be assured finally, that the seed of socialism has been sown in good ground here and when the harvest is ripe we will be there to reap and gather.".
