Description: Included is a typescript speech or article titled 'In Search of Homespuns' (1934), in which she makes reference to home dyed wools in counties Mayo, Clare, Sligo, Kerry and Donegal and the Aran Islands and the formation of the Irish Homespun Society. Also included is an article titled 'Our Homespun Tradition' (1944), an article titled 'Irish Homespun Tweed' (1948), concerning the tweed producing districts of Dunlewey, Co. Donegal and Newport and Erris, Co. Mayo, and annotated typescript notes on 'Scouring and Finishing of Homespun' (2 copies).
