Lehane writes that the paper [Workers' Republic] is not selling and "sorry to say the enthusiasm of our members has 'fizzled' off". Lehane also notes that he is reading [Karl] Marx.
Headed paper and internal reference number are also transcribed, "Irish Socialist Republican Party / Cork Branch" and "J/17 149684".
Includes Lehane's address "29 Sundays Well Ave. / Cork".
