Summary:Stringham describes the purpose of the "Bronx Forum" as "to provide a centre for radicals and particularly for socialsits to maintain classes in economics, history and civics; to establish lecture and debate courses and study clubs and to satisfy the desire of younger members, to hold entertainments, dances, outings etc.". Stringham invites the recipient to a meeting that will in particular discuss the influence of the Socialist Party of America on the new venture.
