The letter from O'Brien to the 'Observer' consist of quotations from correspondence between Thomas Paine and George Washington in the year 1790.
Letter includes authro's address as "8 Grosvenor Gdns. / Muswell Hill, / London, N.10.". Also includes the address of the the Observer as "The Editor, / "The Observer" / 22, Tudor Street, / London, E.4.". Includes annotated summations on verso.
