Letter from John Simmons to William O'Brien in response to the latter's letter regarding James Connolly seeking information in the United States,
1902 August 29.
|Main Creator:||Simmons, John|
Simmons writes that his organisation cannot think, at short notice, of any topics on which Connolly could obtain information for them but that they would like the opportunity to hear from Connolly about the "labour question" upon his return to Ireland. O'Brien's letter of the "23rd inst" may have been prompted by Connolly's letter MS 13,912/1/19.
Letter inscribed on headed paper "Dublin United Trades Council / and / Labour League. / Trades Hall, Capel St.,".
