O'Brien's notes that the manifesto was "to the Jews issued by James Connolly in the Jewish language in Wood Quay Ward, Dublin, in Jan. 1902" and that his copy was taken in a raid between 1916 and 1921.
Letter bears the stamp of the East London Jewish Branch of the Social Democratic Federation, with an address at "145 Whitechapel Rd. E".
