Orr mentions Joe Mitchell, secretary fo the Independent Labour Party in Belfast, "is willing to have Connolly for a week under the auspices of the I.L.P.". Orr also mentions that his organisation [Belfast Socialist Society] are not yet a political party but expresses his gladness at Connolly's visit.
