Summary:de Brúin writes of the reson behind his resignation "For someyears I have had an overdose of secretarial and other work with the result that I have developed i might say an intense antipathy to it especially when the results do not seem likely to repay the trouble sepnt to obtain them.". He later explains he is using his spare time too study and read the entire labor portion and needs to devote his time to this.
