The enclosed letter states the decision they came to was "..... a discussion between one of your Executive Offices of the I.T. & G.W.U., and Deputy Norton should take place concerning the disattisfaction of the I.T. & G.W.U. from the Labour Party.".
Letter is written on headed paper "Irish Transport & Gernal Worker' Union / Carlow Branch / Address Connolly Cross, Carlow" and "Carlow Branch Irish Labour Party.".
