Frank Thornton was one of Michael Collins' intelligence men who is "now director of organisation for the Clan-na-Gael in Ireland which has branches in 27 of the 32 counties" and is composed of "Pre-Truce I.R.A. men, no communists". Also informs him of the health of the market. Mentions "Reilly", "Con", "Fitzgerald", Charles Rice, Eugene Kinkead and the Shamrock Club. Also discusses their investments in the Stock Exchange.
