Tait refers to a note, enclosed, from "the Bonnybridge Fellows - - one of them the Secretary - - J. Preston", Parker's quotation is "3/6 per thousand; 10,000 - - 35/-", and Strachan, of the South Ayrshire District Federation, ILP [Independent Labour Party], writes of a "week's propaganda".
