Summary:O'Donnell explains that Union members, in the employment of "Messrs Barrett" firm, have been on strike for several months and states "that the Irish Transport and General Workers' Union has aided the Firm in every way, and has scabbed it all along the line, is to say the least, an act of treachery of the basest kind. It is made still the worse when it is known, that these acts of scabbing treachery are done at the direct instigation of Thomas Foran".
