Foran states that O'Brien is at present "kidnapped", writing "It is useless attempting to get a "grip on the conditions in this country" until you let go your grip on the citizens of this country".
Bears the inscription "Released 12/5/20" [referring to O'Brien]. On the verso, the inscription "'Albert' 53 Bear St Regent SW1".
