Complains about his lack of patients and mentions McGarrity's land in Pomeroy. Also mentions "Tom", Bulmer Hobson and P. S. O'Hegarty in relation to the "Art articles" [written by O'Hegarty and published in 'Irish Freedom' at the height of the 'Playboy of the Western World' controversy].
