|Main Creator:||O'Callaghan, Thomas Alphonsus, Bishop of Cork, 1839-1916|
O'Callaghan states "Socialism no doubt has taken hold of many in some countries in which Infidelity is widespread, and the laws of God are disregarded. Like other great evils we have to deplore, it is the result of the godless education so much favoured by the governments of the world [...] [Irish Catholics] with God's help, will be safeguarded against new dangers which are begotten of irreligion and infidelity".
