Lott also submits the figures for financial aid for lockout pay at 5 or 3 shillings to each member for over 300 men, some of which have not reported to an office yet.
Inscribed on "The National Sailors' and Firemen's Union / of Great Britain and Ireland" headed paper. Headed paper lists the adresses of, the general office in London; locations at Irish ports, and the Dublin Disctrict office at "4, Common Street, North Wall, Dublin".
