Mentions that Arthur Griffith resigned, that the secretary of Sinn Féin was expelled and that P. J. Daly was involved in embezzlement. Mentions "Keating" and that he will write a constitution for Wolfe Tone Clubs which are about to start in replacement of Sinn Féin and that a new monthly will be produced by McCartan, Bulmer Hobson, "Hegarty" and "Allan". McCartan also mentions the Boy Scouts and "Annie"'s health.
