Joseph McGarrity mentions Clan-na-Gael breaking from the IRB, Austin Stack, Harry Boland, and Brigadier Leahy. Joseph McGarrity thinks that to send a representative to Ireland would be a "waste of time". Mentions "Jetter", "J. O'D." and "Rorke". A postscript note asks Lynch to number his correspondence.
