The Trustees and Governors thereof, by such will appointed, were the Right Rev. the Lord Bishop of Waterford, the Very Rev. Richard Fitzgerald, P.P., John Hackett, J.P., William Louis Hackett, A.M., and Philip W. Shea, Esqrs. On the death of Mr. Shea, John O'Neill, Esq., was elected a Trustee and Governor in his room and stead, in the manner by said will directed".
