Drummond writes that the issue has not been circulated by "the N.E.C." due to the presence of an article titled "Industrial Unionism, Politics and Physical Force" and he asks members of the AIU to demand their copies of the issue.
Letter is addressed from "122 Duke Street / Leith" [Edinburgh].
In his letter to James Connolly (MS 13,906/1/27), John Carstairs Matheson encloses a letter by Drummond, although Matheson's letter is dated earlier (2nd of April 1908) than this one by Drummond.
