It features images of Rosemary Street Presbyterian Church, Belfast [at top, with images of Presbyterian clergymen in roundels, some surrounded by springs of shamrock]; an image of May Street Church, Belfast [on left] and Linenhall Street Church Belfast [on right] in a 'frame' of interlacing that surrounds portraits of the twenty-five "Surviving fathers of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland, 1890" ["The Portraits are those of the Ministers who, living in the Jubilee Year, 1890 were present at the Union of the Two Synods in 1840"]. Included are facsimilies copies of the signatures of the twenty-five men.
