Description: Letter includes the annotation in pencil "Woodbyrne" referring to William Woodburn's estate to which the rent is overdue. O'Connell mentions that "The Lord Chancellor will not permit the Trustees to allow such a large arrear to remain unpaid". St. Enda's School was moved from Cullenswood House, Ranelagh back to the Hermitage in Rathfarnham in 1919.
