Summary:Ua Dubhghaill is displeased that Barret's [Stiofán Bairéad's] name appears on the book as editor and remarks "I have no hesitation in saying the editorship was a sham". Ua Dubhghaill mentions that he advised Concannon [Tomás Ó Conceanainn] to edit his own phrase book and does not intend for this letter to reach the Gaelic League Publications Committee however tells Pearse "you can use it as you like".
