Description: Shanley mentions that M. [Mornan?] will be recommending him as editor and 'Mr. Naughton' as an organiser in the West. Shanley also mentions that Mr. Hughes of the Press Committee was "quite taken with the idea when I mentioned your name as a likely, you see it has not struck any of them that you were likely to be at liberty to accept the post but this feeling will soon be cleared away".
