Letter from George Noble, Count Plunkett to John Tiernan (President of the P.H. Pearse Council of the American Association for the Recognition of the Irish Republic) strongly disputing Tiernan's theory that only "professional Irishmen" in the U.S. have an interest in Irish affairs and emphasises that the Anglo Irish treaty is not supported by the majority of the Irish population.
