Copy of letter from John W. Davis (U.S. ambassador to U.K.) to the U.S. Secretary of State (Robert Lansing) regarding Liam Pedlar's legal case against Lt Col W. Edgeworth-Johnstone (Chief Commissioner of the Dublin Metropolitan Police) for money stolen from Pedlar while he was in jail following his arrest in May 1918.
