Letter possibly to James Mac Guinness or William J. Bradley from Liam Pedlar in which the sender discusses the lengths to which he will to go as an informant and arranges to meet the recipient. Instructs the recipient to address him as "Mr. Wilson" when they meet.
Draft letter contains the names "McGarrity" [Joseph] and "Pedlar" [Liam] as signatories.
Letter is addressed "Dear J." and signed "Billy".
Manuscript in pencil.
Contains draft letter and copy of reply to a letter dated February 9.
