Bibliographic Details
Main Creator: O'Casey, Sean, 1880-1964
Contributors: McCarthy, Mai
Summary:O'Casey begins by thanking McCarthy once again for the 'Bulletin' journals she sent him. He says he is recovering from illness, but his eyes are not good and he is supposed to 'read little and write less', but doesn't know how this is to be done. He thanks her too for the spray of jasmine, lists the plants in his own garden that are related to it, and ponders its meaning in Arabic. He talks about the bad weather and mentions a letter he received from an Irish-American Jesuit. As usual he advises McCarthy to do less, and to stop and listen to music as he does himself.
