Description: In the printed order, Thomas MacDonagh mentions all officers "must insist on full equipment being carried" at Easter and that the "Dublin Brigade Commandant is having a cheap sale this week". MacDonagh also mentions that the promise made that all men will be armed, will be kept. Includes note at bottom of page mentioning that this extract "is probably the last printed order of Commandant Thomas MacDonagh. Envelope is annotated with "Re the last dispatch of Thomas MacDonagh before Easter 1916, Published in Iirish Volunteer".
