Summary: | O'Casey discusses the work he is doing and commissions he has had to turn down, including an article for an American magazine for a fee of $1,000. He says the Abbey Theatre tour of the 'Plough and the Stars' was a great success in Paris, although he did not hear anything about it from the Abbey Theatre itself, but from a friend working in Paris. He mentions some of the strangers who call by to see him, including a family of Irish people, and some American tourists. |
