The total cost of provisions came to nine pounds 8 shillings - the receipt is signed in ink by Henry Gallwey. Text of receipt reads; "Henry Gallwey, 14 Little George's Street, Waterford: imports and has on sale Wines [-] Champagne / Claret / Madeira / Port/ Sherry / Calcavella, &c. Foreign Spirits [-] Cognac Brandy / Foreign Rums / Genuine Hollands / Old Whiskey / Islay Malt[.] Ales [-] Guinness's Superior Double Stout / Bass's Pale India Ale / Blackwater Cider / Mineral Waters / Vinegar, &c. Superior Old Whiskey in Bond. In Puncheons, Hogsheads, and Quarter Casks, for Ships' Stores or Export".
